APPOINTMENT TIME

    Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Information may be needed before your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

     Gift certificates are customized for any dollar amount or service.

    When making an appointment with a gift certificate, please give the identification number in the bottom right hand corner.

    Telephone orders are accepted over the phone with Visa, Master Card, American Express. 

GROUPS

    Groups are welcome. 

GRATUITIES

    We strive for the best service and your recommendation is our goal. Gratuities are accepted and appreciated. Packages do not include gratuities.

CANCELLATIONS

     Appointments you select are reserved especially for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated and requested.  Parties of 2 or more require pre-payment and are subject to half being charged, if less than 72 hours notice is given. Less than 24 hours  notice full amount will be expected. 

    Lynn's Day Spa Inc. is committed to the well being of all our clients and promise a peaceful, relaxing and nourishing atmosphere. We therefore respectfully request no children under 12 years of age and refrain from using cell phones. Thank you for your consideration. 

DISCOUNTS ON TREATMENT PACKAGES

Treatments that have discount pricing for pre-paying for the series must be done as recommended or regular price will apply. 

REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH

    Please help yourself to tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino and apple cider. Cookies are always available. Lunch may be ordered 24 hours in advance to guarantee delivery. A menu of sandwiches is available at your request 
  $15.00 

SURPRISES

    Surprising someone special with a spa package is very exciting. If, for some reason, a client chooses to not do a service, every attempt will be made to substitute with a comparable service. However, there will be no refunds for services refused.

BAD CHECK CHARGES

    A $30.00  fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

At Lynn’s Day Spa, we are dedicated to insure your visit is as pleasant as possible. In order for us to provide excellent service, we would like to hear from you regarding your visit.
